Regions
Regions are two-dimensional areas you create from closed shapes or loops. Closed polylines, lines, and curves are valid selections. Curves include circular arcs, circles, elliptical arcs, ellipses, and splines.
You can combine several regions into a single, complex region.
Command: _region [command]
Select objects: 1 found [selected first line]

Now when you move the view of Realistic Visual Style to see the characters that we have applied the REGION command completed restoration. Notice in the picture below that I have not applied the Polygon command Region
